We are excited to announce the 2013-14 cohort for the inaugural year of the Leading Excellence (LE) program!
The LE program exists to build a pipeline of future leaders within the organization that aspire to lead at a high level and fulfill the YES Prep mission and vision through their leadership. These individuals were chosen for the program based on a rigorous selection process that included essays, an interview, and a number of role-play scenarios and other leadership assessments in order to gauge their potential. They were evaluated by their managers and members of the LE Selection team, which includes system and campus leaders.
Participants will engage in a week of intensive training in June and monthly Professional Learning Experiences beginning in August. They will also receive one-on-one coaching and will complete a number of assignments and reflections to prepare them to be exceptional leaders at YES. Please keep an eye out for these individuals and send along your congratulations for their acceptance into the LE program. We look forward to seeing their continued positive impact on our students and on the organization!
